Tiia Lee

Tiia “Tiia Lee” Woodard was born and raised in central New Jersey, to a diverse and multi -talented family, and received her inspiration for cosmetology from family members. She attended Middlesex County Vo- Tech to study cosmetology and Middlesex County College for continuing education. After finishing cosmetology school she began working at local salons and spas gaining hands on knowledge. Makeup and esthetics were added skills she earned at Capri Institute in Kenilworth, New Jersey. Upon completion of Capri, Tiia maintained her work schedule at salon/spas and as a freelance artist, while continuing her education at Middlesex County College and The Dermal Institute (for advance esthetics and cosmetology). Tiia has worked with and for many reputable institutions such as The Spa @ Doral Forrestal, The Ritz Carlton of Central Park and The Ritz Carlton of Battery Park. Her clientele have been the likes of Llyod Boston (MSNBC), Furonda Brasfield (of America’s Next Top Model fame), Keely B (reggae recording artist), Urban Biker Magazine, Game Magazine, Brown Paper Bags & 3 Quarters of Face Value (short films by Ephraim Benton of Baby Boy and The Chappelle Show), and numerous others. Amoung her other talents Tiia is a talented singer and writer. In her spare time she sings with The Heritage Chorale which performs all over the tri-state area, and she also writes poetry and songs.
