Gargoyle Entertainment, a new horror film production company based in Pittsburgh. Gargoyle Entertainment is on the verge of greatness. With the ideas, talent, and passion to make the highest quality films possible, Gargoyle Entertainment has nowhere to go but up.
We are now in pre-production on a full feature zombie movie set to shoot Spring '08. The film stars Tiffany Shepis (Nightmare Man-2008 8 Films to Die For), Scot Davis (Unrest-2007 8 Films To Die For). Pittsburgh's very own legend Sam Nicotero.(Mothman Prophecies) With apperances from Devanny, WCW's Maestro. And a few more suprises. Currently, Gargoyle Entertainment has completed short horror films titled Front Page, Retina, and Family Portrait. Family Portrait starred Filmthreat Magazine's actor to watch, Russ Russo, the lovely Jolene Matthews, and Niki Krugh of the Patriot Girls. This film was selected from hundreds of films to be played at the Rhode Island International Horror Film Festival in October of 2007. These films are just the beginning of many projects and are already turning heads across the country. Look for for our first full feature film "Gangsters Club" on DVD coming soon, directed by our good friend B.C. Furtney (bcfurtney.com) Winner of Fangoria Blood Drive 1 and 2. Filming is almost complete on Gargoyle Entertaiment's first feature full length film "Reality", which will make you think twice about going on a reality show. Gargoyle Entertainment's short film "Earl Grey", starring local legend Sam Nicotero, received two awards in Pittsburgh's first 48 Hour Film Festival in August 2007. Also the short film titled "Family Portrait" was an official selection of The Rhode Islands Horror Festival 2007.t We are now in pre-production on a horror zombie short that is set on Chrismas Eve. It is gonna be crazy!!
Future projects include more horror shorts that will be combined with Retina, Front Page, and Family Portrait for a DVD. We also are in pre-production on "Project Scream" set to shoot this May at Seven Springs Resort. Future titles also are "The Amulet of Azomodeus", "Thirteen Bends", And a few yet to be named titles.
