A little bit about me!! I'am Scott Carl Rechsteiner, born July 29, 1962 in Bay City, Michigan, better known by my ring name Scott Steiner, I am American professional wrestler currently working for Total Nonstop Action Wrestling. I'a, known for appearances with World Championship Wrestling in the tag team The Steiner Brothers or my involvement with the New World Order faction.
My Career
I attended the University of Michigan on a wrestling scholarship, earning a degree in education. I was an All-American at University, and placed second in the Big Ten Conference in my sophomore, junior and senior years. In
my senior year, I placed sixth in the 190 lb (86 kg) weight class of the 1986 National Collegiate Athletic Association championships. After graduating, I turned professional, training under The Sheik and debuting in the Indianapolis, Indiana-based World Wrestling Association in 1986 as Scott Rexsteiner. On August 14, 1986 in Dearborn, Michigan, I defeated "The Great Wojo" Greg Wojokowski for the WWA World Heavyweight Chahmpionship. I held the title until May 3, 1987, when I lost to Wojokowski in Toledo, Ohio. I then formed a tag team with Jerry Graham, Jr. and the partners defeated Chris Carter and Mohammad Saad for the WWA Tag Team Championship on October 6, 1987. Our reign ended in Toledo on December 6, 1987 when we lost to Carter and Don Kent. Then went to world championship
wrestling from 1989 to 1992. Then i went to world wrestling federation from 1992 to 1994. Then in 1995
i went to extreme championship wrestling. Then in 1996
i went back to the wcw till 2001. Then in 2001 i went
to world wrestling all stars till 2002. Then i went back
to the wwe from 2002 till 2004 but i was removed from television, and suffered an injury in 2004, sidelining me for two months. While I was injured, WWE negotiated a contractual release, and I left the promotion on August 17, 2004. I underwent foot surgery in July 2004, having six screws inserted into my foot, a tendon transplant and a bone graft, then convalesced, wearing a cast for eight months. I returned to the ring on August 28, 2005 in Asheville, North Carolina for the Universal Championship Wrestling independent promotion, teaming with my brother Rick to defeat Disco Inferno and Jeff Lewis. Then I went
to tna wrestling in 2006 which I am still in. I'am kicking
