Currently computer graphics and photography. I still do some ceramic painting, and try to get the paint out to do a bit of visual art. Also massage therapy and reflexology. My two stunning kids who are growing into adults so quickly before my eyes. Walking barefoot on the earth - have you felt the hum beneath your feet? Listening to what the earth is telling us - it's very vocal, and very unwell. My friends - who are very naughty when they don't keep in contact with me - because I love them all very much. Art - I've been checking out other peoples work lately and there's so much inspiring stuff - what talented people we have in the world - and of course believing in my own ability to produce work of value.
I really appreciate meeting genuine people.

Lord of the Rings - what a gigantic effort to turn words into pictures and pack it with a load of stunning men. The Matrix trilogy - I like different and not always with happy endings - give me a Johnny Depp movie anyday. Recently found the DVD version of 'Dead Man'. Hero; Bulletproof Monk; Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon; House of Flying Daggers; Memoirs of a Geisha - all great with stunning visuals. Harry Potter; Zoolander; X-men; Fried Green Tomatoes; A Little Princess (always makes me cry); The Secret Garden; Willow; The Doors; Stand By Me; The Road to El Dorado (funniest animation - still makes me laugh); Stargate (here's one that made me stand still and check out the biceps - never has James Spader looked so hot!!!); and for the drama lovers, try watching 'Crash' or 'The Constant Gardener'. If they don't effect you for the better, you must be made of stone. How about some classics like 'My Fair Lady', 'Gone With the Wind' and 'One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest'. The list grows and grows!!! Have you seen 'The Secret'??? And the latest movie I saw was Kung Fu Panda - so, so funny!!!
NORTHERN EXPOSURE - 'Chris in the morning' is so hot right now, even though the series is about 15 years old. Lilli, thanks for the book...BLACKADDER - the 'Kate, short for Bob' episode is the utmost funniest. MONKEY. THE YOUNG ONES - ok, I'm showing my age now. Yes, yes, that's ok. CHARMED - wasn't my favourite at first but it grew on me...so much that I bought the series, and funnily enough so had Grey's Anatomy.

Auel; The Da Vinci Code - Dan Brown; Destiny of Souls - by Michael Newton - I so recommend his books - It changed my whole view on my life and the journeys of other people. Loved it so much. Plus, plus, plus much more...
The people who change your life for the better, often without you even knowing it, even if you have to change kicking and screaming. I especially love those who PRACTICE random acts of kindness - thanks to the guy at the markets who produced $2 when I was short for vegies. Those lovely men who still hold the door open for you - not because they have to in this day and age, but because they want to...
