"Katherine Dajero's interest in makeup began at a young age, with her fascination of the beautiful pictures in top fashion magazines and the artistry behind making people gorgeous. She soon learned 'there was an entire world behind the entertainment industry that was comprised of talented artists who help create the images in magazines, film and TV that we find so intriguing.' Dajero studied her craft at Award International Makeup Studio in Los Angeles before creating Dajero Makeup Artistry -- a company that specializes in media makeup for print and portfolio development, as well as runway, weddings or other special occasions. She is a talented piano player and her more spontaneous side can never seem to pass up a good round of Karaoke.
