I have been DJ'ing here in West Wales for the last 7 years, and have played at lots of free parties, house parties and at most of the local clubs. These include The Palace in Swansea, Jammo's on a number of different nights for the Inner Rhythm boys, The Queens Hall, Narberth, again for Inner Rhythm in their M4 West guise, where I supported the legendary Mickey Finn, the De Valence, Tenby where I supported the equally legendary John B, and last but by no means least, 3 times at The Waterside, Carmarthen, twice headlining, for my man Jake Radar and his Fat Lace crew. I am into drum and bass and a bit of jungle mainly, but I also like uplifting hard house and trance..The BG stands for BITCH GODDESS, which as my ever suffering partner of 18 years will tell you, can be pretty accurate at times!!...I have been writing music in one way or another since I was 12 years old. In those days on the guitar, or an old keyboard that had an 8 track facility. These days I use the computer, and Cubase. Over the years I have written in different genres of music, but these day I am mainly writing drum and bass tunes. I use my own vocals, and enjoy playing around with harmonies and effects. Though I find writing, singing and arrangin easy enough, the technicalities of Cubase and Reason arent so easy for me so I have been working with a couple of other producers on my songs.. There is more to come with him, so watch this space for more collaberations, coming soon.. I have also recently teamed up with DRUM CYPHER for a Vocal/Amen project.. Hopefully there will be more heavyweights coming from us in the future..Again check his myspace page too... I have played out odd times, but there are so many DJ's here and so few clubs, that sets are like gold-dust (unless you happen to know the promoters!) and I dont get to play out nearly as often as I would like to. COME ON BOYZ SORT IT OUT!! I have 4 wicked grown up kids,3 boys and 1 girl, and 5 gorgeous grandsons. All of my boys are in bands.Danny is a keyboard player in the mighty Supergene,an up and coming indie rock band who are getting lots of favourable attention in Wales at this present time. My second son Dazz is the lead singer/roarer in the heavier Reck'd.They are a metal band and are quite fresh on the circuit at the moment but they're getting gigs and already have made an impression locally. My other boy Sam is also in Supergene and is the lead vocalist/guitarist and is AMAZING. My daughter has a great voice too, but she is busy bringing up our 4 year old little pudding and his 3 month old brother. They are all AMAZING!!I have a kind, loving, generous partner who I have been with for the last 18years. He has helped me bring up these luvvly people, and helped keep me sane(ish). He is also a musician. He's in a band playing mainly rock and is the singer and lead guitarist, and the songwriter. He is also a very talented artist. He specialises in watercolours, and I have never seen anyone else get so spot on, with portaits and the like. His finished work often looks just like a photograph. He built a 16 ft high deity of the Indian God JAGGANATHA out of wood, and again, this is AMAZING! You can see pictures of him on my photo page.... JAI JAGANNATHA!
