Mission Statement
*snapshot* was created in response to a void in the queer social scene. At that time, lesbian parties lacked substance and quality and there seemed to be no place for the genderqueer. Further, each party had a theme and a clientele and everything felt very segregated. We wanted to provide a space for everyone to come together, gay, lesbian, transgender, straight, bisexual, asexual, white, brown, black, yellow and purple. We insist on quality music and open our doors to our local talents bringing forth art, film, performance, dance, music, and ultimately provide EXPOSURE. Our goal is to expose the truth and beauty within us all while enjoying life, music, love and the people around you. Come OUT, come on. . .come.
