VII Minutes Of Silence are a aggressive rock band that are here to play and not forget what its all about; the music. Started out as a goof side project between friends and slowly turned into a band when they realised the writing chemistry amongst the members. They recruited Neil for vocal duties and the rest is history, even if it is a short one.
