About Me

Once upon a time... Two sisters had a big dream. And since they liked to dream big, jump in with both feet, and embrace the chaos of change... They decided to follow their dream and create a place where people could gather, a place for eating and drinking and mingling and laughing and sitting and reading and music and deep thoughts. So with the help of family and friends, Green Leaf Coffee House was born. Green Leaf Coffee House is an independent, family owned and operated business. Thank you for supporting big dreams and independent coffee houses!

My Interests

We have lots of interests we try to share.... live music and open mics, book clubs, a chess gathering, Running Club, scrapbooking nights, a Socrates Cafe, inspiring conversation....not to mention darn good coffee... Oh and we also rent our space for parties, meetings, or band rehearsals...

Music:

We host an OPEN MIC every Monday night 7-9pm and LIVE MUSIC on Fridays 7-9....We've had some very talented musicians and songwriters come through this joint....Thanks to everyone that have filled the space between our walls with their music...

Books:

We've got a NEIGHBORHOOD BOOK EXCHANGE here at the shop... help yourself to any of the books on our shelves and when you find you have some books you've finished with, bring them in to pass them along! We also have a book club that meets every 6 weeks or so....If your interested let me know and I can add you to our email list.
