AMERICA'S MOST POPULAR TELEVISION SERIES "AMERICAN IDOL" TO BE SYNDICATED AS "AMERICAN IDOL REWIND" "American Idol", America's most popular reality television series which will be coming to syndication through an agreement between Tribune Entertainment, FremantleMedia North America and 19 Entertainment. The one-hour, weekend series titled, "American Idol Rewind" will premier with the first season of "American Idol" in September 2006. "American Idol Rewind" will not only retain its irresistible competitive spirit but will offer never-before-seen footage, exciting new interviews, behind- the scenes coverage, and reminiscence on some of America's favorite top ten idol contestants, including : Kelly Clarkson, Justin Guarini, Nikki McKibbin, R.J. Helton, Tamyra Gray, Ryan Starr, Christina Christian, Aj Gil, Ej Day, Jim Verraros, etc. Other memorable contestants from the premier season include, but are not limited to: Mark Scott, Angela Peel, Natalie Burge, Christopher Aaron, Melanie Sanders, etc. "American Idol Rewind" is expected to attract approximately 35.4 million viewers and will air on various stations nationwide.
