Bee Gee Fever - the ULTIMATE Live TRIBUTE to the music of The Bee Gees
Since 1999 Bee Gees Fever have been wowing audiences across the UK and Europe with their stunning live tribute to the music of the Brothers Gibb.
From the soulful ballads Too Much Heaven and How Deep Is Your Love through to the high energy disco classics such as Stayin Alive and Night Fever, the band faithfully recreate the songs that have helped make the Bee Gees musical legends over the last four decades. With a full show of over 2 hours, there is something for everyone from every era of the Bee Gees glittering career, and create a striking visual tribute too as they pay tribute to the Saturday Night Fever image of the late 70s.
Unlike some tribute acts, all the songs are performed totally live, no backing tapes or sequencers, just five guys, their voices and their instruments. This gives the show a raw energy which will get even the most reserved feet up on the dance floor.
Bee Gees Fever perform to theatre and festival crowds both in the UK and in Europe and have worked with the likes of Suzi Quatro, Hot Chocolate, The Manfreds and the Foundations - plus a host of todays brightest chart stars such as Liberty X, Atomic Kitten, Gareth Gates and Busted.
They also perform regularly at the Bee Gees Fan Club's Convention in Manchester, to an audience made up of fans from all over the world and some special guests such as Blue Weaver, the keyboard player in the Bee Gees disco era line-up and responsible for co-writing many of the 70s classics. In 2004 the band were asked to headline a festival in Emmen, Holland on a bill which also featured The Troggs and Chris Farlowe, and they have continued to play to packed audiences all over the UK.
"...A quite stunning tribute, they set the place on fire"
John Simcox, Official Bee Gees Fan Club Convention - Walsall, Oct 1999
"...One of the country's top tributes. A fantastic night guaranteed"
Robin R 'n' B Club
"...One of the few bands to sell out on their debut. And now I can see why. Brilliant."
The Limelight Club, Crewe

The Guys

Barry

Here's Barry-one of the biggest icons in music. The very mention of his name sends shivers down the spine; a heartthrob of indescribable proportions, coupled with one of the sexiest voices in music. Seeing really is believing in order to appreciate the talent association with this giant of popular music. Complete with white suit and masses of gold, Barry epitomises everything that a great entertainer should be

Robin

Singing and guitar-playing legend. In order to ensure that Bee Gees Fever plays all their songs in a live situation, complimenting his twin brother Maurice's keyboard playing superbly. Add to this excellent guitar playing an incredible voice and you have an entertainer of the utmost quality, adding a certain something to all performances that you would travel many a mile to hear. Musicianship of this quality HAS to been seen!

Maurice

Keyboard maestro who uses all his playing talents to add the richness of sound required to make Bee Gees Fever sound as incredible as they do. Playing and singing everything live, Maurice adds the much-recognised Bee Gees sound to every live performance. As Robin's twin brother (although you wouldn't think it to look at them!), this adds to musicianship of the highest order

Keith

Bass guitarist extraordinaire and John Travolta look-a-like. Keith compliments the driving beat with superb accuracy, providing bass lines that will have you tapping your feet for weeks. Although the elder statesman of the band, Keith has a youthfulness that belies his years! A bass guitarist of frightening quality, seeing definitely is believing! Be ready for a few surprises!

Lance

Part of the Bee Gees Fever rock-solid rhythm section. A drummer of the highest order, Lance is renowned for his hypnotic beat, whether playing ballads which require rhythm yet constraint, or dance numbers which need to drive along, you can be sure that Lance will provide the necessary quality that makes the band sound so tight. Add to this his ability to make women swoon, and you have the perfect drummer!
