Life Matters is a non-profit, pro-life, pro-family, Christian education organization. Our mission is to restore the biblical view of the sanctity of human life, marriage, and family to our culture. We accomplish our mission through prayer, education programs, and emotional healing and restoration ministry.Because we view life as sacred and inviolable we oppose and teach about the harmfulness of abortion, embryonic stem cell research, fetal tissue research, human cloning, infanticide, euthanasia, and population control. Because we believe in the biblical view of marriage and family, we teach abstinence until marriage, and marriage between one man and one woman. Because we understand the link between evolution and abortion, embryonic stem cell research, fetal tissue research, human cloning, infanticide, euthanasia, and population control we teach creation science and intelligent design.We believe that it is impossible to take the life of an innocent human being without paying serious, long lasting, natural consequences; therefore, our education programs are intended to prevent individuals from making hurtful choices like the choice for abortion. 90% of our programming addresses the life issues like the abortion issue.Millions of women and men have already chosen to participate in an abortion - many without fully understanding the extremely painful consequences they and their child would suffer. Therefore, we are as committed to making healing and restoration available to women and men hurting from abortion as we are to preventing abortion..
