Ever since I was a small child I was always performing. I would dress up in outlandish clothes, sing, dance, act, and do comedy routines for friends,family, and even for strangers whom would listen. I knew from the age of one as weird as it sounds that being a performer is what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. I guess it runs in the family as my mother is a professional singer whom performs internationally and my cousin is Oscar Nominated actor & Golden Globe Winner Woody Harrelson.This love of the arts was my escape when everything as a child it helped me keep my sanity.My whole life has been a longshot. No one ever expected me to be or do anything because of what happened to me at such a young age. My father died at 36 years old in October of 1989 after battling a terminal illness. I was kept from him most of my life. I realize that had he not died when I was so young that my life would be completely different. In a weird way his passing made me fight to be the independent woman I am today. I look at this as a gift.Then I faced my own mortality when I was a little girl on June, 3, 1991 I went to take out the attendance at school in California and someone shot me twice in the head.Because of this is was very difficult to get my motorskills back and it was very difficult to try and get back to some type of normalcy.After my shooting we moved back to Texas to start over again with my Nonna whom was the best person anyone could hope for. She made a home for us and made sure I started to get self worth and and confidence so she put me in dance, guitar, theatre, and voice lessons. I thrived and started to get parts in school and in independent films and performing all over Texas locally in different events such as the Summer Jam concert series. This eventually led to a full scholarship for voice and theatre at a local college in Houston.I knew that there are some things in life that school doesn't teach you so I moved to San Juan, Puerto Rico and started doing lights in The Legends Live At The Copa Show. Then when that contact ended I came back to Houston, did some acting on tv in La, and then I moved to NYC with $100 bucks in my pocket and a dream. The money was gone the next day but the dream lives on. I soon started working doing small parts in tv, and films. I also started modeling more and singing for friends music projects. I was helping a friend with some lyrics one evening when someone told me that I had a great voice and was a good writer and that if I wanted to get anywhere I should not only sing my own stuff, but learn how to produce my own music. So, that's now what I'm doing. I also have been in various independent films such as Ghost Watcher 2, Carlito's Way Rise To Power, etc. I really love acting and am doing this as well as music.I lived in Athens, Greece, Puerto Rico, Mexico where I learned to perform different styles of music from Arabic,latin,r&B,rock,etc. I am very grateful to be acting, modeling, writing & singing after so many things have happened to me. I have had a lot of life lessons at such a young age. I have learned a lot about myself which I am currently working on a book to tell everyone my story, and perhaps be an inspiration to people knowing what I know will perhaps help someone else overcome insurmountable odds like I have.
