I was born on the South East side of San Diego, California, in 1976. My father and mother split when I was 2, he was a party all night kind of dude, he found Christ but tried to beat me with the WORD so naturally it turned me away. My mother was great but she was not a church going person even though she is a believer. Influenced by the streets I quickly fell into a life of gangs and drugs, at first just a small time hustler but soon I was moving large amounts of drugs cross country and seeing more money than most people see in their lifetime.
In that time I was arrested three times for drug charges, my longest stay was 2 1/2 months in 1996 but if you have been in jail you know that is enough. It would have been longer but my brother took a plea and they gave him 10 yrs. do 5 yrs. and let me, our friend and his girlfriend out. Even after all that i still was deep in the game but this time only touching the money, no physical contact with the drugs...but still it was very stressfull, I was living large but was empty inside.
It was not until I was introduced to Pastor Jerome Caradine (Victory Outreach Atlanta) when I was 21 did I realize that I did not have to live a life of crime to be rich, I learned that your wealth is not in the material but in the spiritual, because with a strong foundation in the LORD you will be blessed beyond belief. I began ministering music in 1997 and in 2003 I started F.A.T.A.L. Ministries to help reach out to the youth and young adults through music and mentoring to help open thier eyes to the true blessings that were promised to them by the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Now I am 31, married, with 5 kids, and blessed more than I could ever deserve...I thank the LORD everyday for the grace & mercy HE has shown me, and until the end of time I shall be a vessel and a soldier for Christ...
