I'm really into argyle socks, exotica, feedback, effects pedals, Halloween-themed LPs from the 1970s, Gothic moments in art and literature, Art Deco mirrors, ghost story collections, self-released tapes by European and American noise bands from the 1980s, absurdity, haunted houses, Robert Mitchum and bars that have good jukeboxes and no TVs.
What kind of Zombie are you?
You are a Return of the Living Dead Zombie. You were brought back from the grave by exposure to 245-Trioxin. You crave the heavenly taste of spicy brains to stop the pain of being dead. You are virtually indestructible, as even burning you up will create Zombie Rain and raise more zombies.

The name escapes me, but I really dig that show from the mid-1970s in which a young suburban boy keeps glowing Sea Monkeys under his bed. The Sea Monkeys (they have some sort of telepathic powers)command the boy to start a commune, rob banks, start a Marxist think tank, build a submarine out of toilet paper rolls, etc. Every episode was filled with the sort of hijinx and hokum that harkened back to the great serials of the 1930s!
These days, you can find me drooling in front of the tube enjoying Mr. Trembles' House of Wheezing Turtles, Mungo Cross Street, Ju-Ju House of Impending Doom, Juke Joint Sundays and The Filthy Seven.
The truth is: I fucking hate TV. Ever since the dawn of Infomercials, TV has sucked eggs, the rotten ones. No more Bowery Boys or ancient horror films in the wee hours of the night for the hopeless souls (my family) whose lives are without Cable OR Indirect Television...the damaged this has caused western culture has yet to be measured.
I really love anyone who ever wrote for Weird Tales and/or Black Mask magazine. I dig American realist and naturalist writers, especially Frank Norris. All the Beats are grand. The absurdist playwrights (and novelists) make me feel good inside. I was a huge fan of Existentialism when I was a psuedo-intellectual teenager. As a psuedo-intellectual adult, I love the Existentialists even more!
Robert Mitchum, Retail workers, owners of independent book and/or record stores, nurses, secretaries, social workers, heroin addicts who have day jobs, anarchists, utopian socialists, cynics and The Firesign Theatre.
