I LIKE (random thoughts):
Movies, hiking, backpacking, hockey, biking in the metro and national parks, live concerts, theater, travel, dining out, thunderstorms, going barefoot, my career, music that fits my moods, history, biographies, thrift shops, long showers, the smell of lilacs, the mountains, boxers, playing the guitar, unsweetened iced tea, museums, reading a good book, old wooden roller coasters, sunsets over the lake, the smell of a campfire, garlic chicken wings, my friends and family, New York City, Ft. Lauderdale, architecture, art, exercising and being healthy.
Music plays in important part in my life. The first album (yes...vinyl) that I ever bought was KISS Alive II. I bought it at the Record Den at the Great Lakes Mall in Mentor. It was the dead of winter, and by the time I walked to my cousin's house the record warped from the cold.
My taste in music changes with my moods. Some of the artists currently on my iPod Nano: Gladys Knight andthe Pips, Cold, 30 Seconds to Mars, Bjork, Pink Floyd, Annie Lennox, Etta James, Nine Inch Nails, Depeche Mode, Tori Amos, Indigo Girls, Everclear, Metallica, Daughtry, Our Lady Peace, Radiohead, Chris Isaak, Linkin Park, the Killers, Andrea Bocelli, Grant Lee Buffalo, Iron Maiden, London Symphony Orchestra, Boston, The Sugarcubes, the Andrews Sisters and Gavin DeGraw.

Heroes, Smallville, Reno 911, The Amazing Race, Survivor, Family Guy, Prison Break and the History Channel.
I never outgrew my love of the Looney Tunes Gang! I still remember sitting at the living room coffee table with my bowl of cereal watching Bugs Bunny in drag.
Enjoy John Steinbeck, John Irving, David Sedaris, Stephen King, Ayn Rand, biographies, poetry and history.
I am currently reading
"Atlas Shrugged"
by Ayn Rand.
My heroes are people who fight for human rights, equal rights and peace. Although not everyone is comfortable being personally active, it is important for us to support them.
