Gary Henderson (President)--Gary Henderson, one of the founders of First Mile Productions, was born and raised in Compton, California. Gary has developed into a seasoned veteran in the music game with a kene eye for talent. Gary displays a skillful keyboardsmanship and experience on the guitar on Karlis' debut album "Still We Ride". While playing in such groups as "Jett Black" Gary founded the "GRK Project" in the year 2000 (a then local jazz group). Gary was the brains and backbone of the group. Gary then went on to revamp "GRK" into the new "Seven Ave". Gary is very much involved with production of First Mile's artists and the development of the business. A director and leader of First Mile's journey.
Karlis (Artist)--"Karlis" Abraham was born in Little Rock, Arkansas. While being raised around music Karlis developed a fundness for the art of music. While in high school and college Karlis established various groups. In 2000 Karlis hooked up with the "GRK Project". It was instant magic. Karlis grew mentally and vocally while with "GRK". He grew to be a soulful singer/songwriter/producer. "GRK" eventually went through a change and was redubbed "Seven Ave". Karlis is currently preparing to release his solo debut--Still We Ride.
