after losing on american idol in the first round in 2006, a frustrated larry strap placed an ad on craigslist and met blues ripper picker pat mccoy. shortly after, we searched long and hard for a good drummer, but ended up with remo. after a couple po-dunk drum lessons and a spin on the mechanical bull, we were off and runnin’ like a train wreck without a track. we were pluckin' along for about a month or so and then realized, oh piss! no bass! but luckily in december we heard about this guy named mark who has two of everything you never even knew you needed, and we were like, “umm... you gotta a bass?” and he said “yup, two.” the rest is history.
to this day larry and pat still peruse craigslist for girls, erotic chat, free stuff, odd jobs and chance meetings. pat’s a real sucker for chance meetings. starbucks harbor blvd "...me, tall big breasted blonde holding a miniature chihuahua w/ a pink diamond studded collar driving a gold scion. you, dark hair (i think?) hiding behind your laptop in the corner." hopeful little bugger.
