About Me

I know alot about little and a little bit about everything. My musical tastes are varied and particular; lots of electronic music, Bjork, Radiohead, Cibo Matto, Del tha Funkee Homosapien, etc, etc. I am a connoiseur of many things, from film to food to art; but my tastes are extremely eclectic. To say I'm open minded would be an understatement; I have appreciation for just about anything, even if it's not "my thing." I am very interested in countercultural and subcultural anthroplogical information; i.e... cool but largely useless stuff. I do my best to make peolpe feel special, professionally and personally. I make myself laugh and will try often to make you as well. I am frequently complimented on my voice -- soothing or sexy, take your pick. When alone or -after time and trust- with company, I will sing in the car etc. loudly and make no apologies. I am tragically honest, but a great student of euphamism. If you can't tell, sometimes I use big ol' words and I love the English language. I am kind, curious, adventurous, subversively irreverent, unusual, both dynamic and subtle. I am a compulsive complimenter. I am very passionate. I am who I am. And what about you, pray tell? I'm not on a crusade for the love of my life, the one woman who wants to grow old with me and spoil our grandkids thill they're bloated. Of course, if I happen upon her, wow, that'd be nice. I loathe how cliche some of this sounds, but I assure you my banter is far more engaging in person.

Here's what I wrote on Match.com: A humble know-it-all with very few boundaries. Someone who enjoys non-sequiturs and minutiae, but likes to talk about the grande concepts as well. I am a masculine guy with some refinements (metrosexual not only doesn't quite fit, but is sooo 2003). I love voluptuous, curvy women-- the exemplification of what is woman. Someone who sings or hums when they're happy, yet not a diva. Someone with a mind as clever and naughty as mine. An eclectic character who doesn't take herself seriously. Honestly, a match-- not an exact replica, but very much the feminine version of me. I think I'd get along pretty well with myself.
