benny, who ain't always been cognito, was born in k.c. mo. he grew up in a neighborhood called eastwood hills, or "the hills". his dad was killed in a car wreck when he was only 5. after that his mom worked all the time to take care of him and his two little brothers and little sister. his mom remarried several times but never let a man come before her kids. the kids never missed a meal but there were many nights when "mom wasn't hungry". the love in his house was more than plentifull but money was scarce. so he did like a lot of the kids in his neighborhood and turned to the streets for money and turned to music for release. as time went by and he got high, his friends kept getting locked up and a few of em died. after he realized most cats are so scared of prison that they'd sell out there own mama if it would knock some time off the end of their sentance, he changed his name to benny. as for friends, he ain't got any. a few he calls his brothers and his family, and now he spends all his time wrightin raps to keep his sanity, (whats left of it anyway)!
