About the TabernacleThis is a church where families are born.The Lord spoke to our pastor and advised him that this is a church where we’ll teach men to be fathers, women to be mothers and children to be leaders. Throughout the weeks, months and years, we’ll remain dedicated to this task. We believe that all of God’s children are precious and possess a definite purpose in the earth. Therefore, we welcome all men, women, boys and girls to fellowship with us and to maximize their potential.At the Tabernacle, we offer a dynamic praise and worship experience to our family, friends and guests every Sunday afternoon and Wednesday evening. There is a rich musical culture at the Tabernacle for those who enjoy traditional gospel, contemporary gospel, urban gospel and other Christian genres of music. All of our music promotes the love of Jesus Christ.Located in a commercial / residential community of Hamden, just outside of New Haven, Connecticut, we have recently began to attract worshippers from many nationalities and many walks of life.
