Mary Duron was born and raised in Chula Vista, California and has been singing and performing since the young age of five. Not a day has passed that she hasn’t felt the passion of her art, which is why she is now actively pursuing her dream of becoming a renown singer/ songwriter.
Throughout her youth, Mary took part in theatre and studied voice since the age of eight. When she was 14, Mary was asked to join Mariachi Mexicano in San Diego, which is where she gained her love and appreciation of Mariachi Music and all musica Latina. She remained a part of the Mariachi group until she was 19 years old. After finishing high school, Mary was accepted to Long Beach State University with a scholarship in music in the Opera Studies department. She relocated to Long Beach, which brought her one step closer to living her dream of persuing her career in Hollywood.
While Studying opera at CSULB, Mary realized that her dream was not to become an opera singer, but to become an artist and songwriter in both English and Spanish, which she definitely had the ability to tackle. She Finished school and relocated to Hollywood. She is actively persuing her career and developing her own musical style and essence. She has been in the studio working with and co-writing with different producers and artists in the industry. She takes pride in her vocal ability and versatility and is determined to break boundaries across the billboard charts.
