IF YOU EVER WISHED THAT BLADE RUNNER WAS A PERFECT POP SONG , THEN THIS IS FOR YOU: Combing vast cathedral drone and clashing guitars with caresses from otherworldly psychedelic vocals, Radio Silence lp is a million miles from anything else that could be called industrial/future pop. It's ominous and deep in such a non-contrived way that suggests these guys don't care whether everyone likes what they do, and because of this honesty it ironically succeeds in doing everything that great music should. It rocks. It bounces. It sticks in your head and fucks around with the wiring whilst it's in there. If this is what pop sounds like in the future, put me down for the long haul.
