I am a blood-bought child of the Most High, first & foremost ( I am not perfect, by any means...there was only one who was perfect...the Lord Jesus Christ...& NO ONE has measured up to Him yet...He is my example to follow...I have a problem with straying occasionally, but He is always faithful to say, "here is the path; follow Me in it."), a wife to Kenneth Wayne( such a big-hearted, "bear" of a man, I am SO thankful to God for him), & a mother to two young men: Garron-19, & Adam-15 My two boys are very special individuals...they both have been diagnosed with attention deficit disorder. They have struggled through school ( although both are intelligent) & life in general. They lost their dad ( & I lost my first husband) Dec. 2004 due to an epileptic seizure that ended in cardiac arrest...needless to say we weren't prepared. But, the Lord Jesus hasn't left us in the least bit...He helped me through the tremendous grief & gave me a new life again...He brought joy back into my life again & a reason to live...you want to know about despair, I've been there, but God was too...right there along with me. Both boys have had to deal with the absence of their dad in their own way, but Adam, I believe, has had a tougher time with it...he struggles with his own issues of "why did God allow him to be taken from us", but we are working on him, God is too. Anyway, I have a passion for history, especially 1800's American history (i.e. civil war, plains indians, etc.) & early 1900's era history also. I guess, because of this, I have a love for antiques..I love going to antique & collectible shops to see what I can find. I also have a "Coca-Cola/vintage" dining room with all sorts of things I have come across in such places. I also have a passion for classic cars; my husband does auto mechnics & I share in his desire for muscle car classics. My husband is so talented when it comes to cars...he can tear down a complete engine & rebuild it & have it running before you know it. I am fascinated by this because I have relatively no knowledge about such things, but Kenny has been showing me some things about cars that I never knew before. Well, that pretty much covers the basics, I guess... God bless...
