Note the puff of smoke on the right side, and directly in the middle of the building, both on the same floor. These are known as "squibbs", used in controlled demolitions to destroy the steel frame and allow the building to collapse. Also note that they are at least 3-4 levels below the closest collapsing floor.
Note that the steel girders and debris are being shot up and out. There is no physical explanation as to how one floor collapsing upon another could do that. The only logical explanation are powerful explosions.

Note the nice little pile it fell into when it collapsed from fires that burned for little more than 5 hours. If all it takes to get a 50 story skyscraper to collapse directly upon itself without harming the neighboring buildings is to set a few floors on fire, then why do the few demolition companies who do them spend weeks in prepration and hundreds of carefully placed high explosives?
PLEASE NOTE: I do not want to get into the Pentagon too much, as it is a fairly complex argument. Please message me if you would like a string of problems with the idea of a commercial airliner hitting it at the angle that it did, causing the damage that it did. I am simply exposing the truth about this incident. There are many theories about why the government would do this, and I am not propagating any given one of them. That is for the reader to decide. Recognize, however, that there is no entity, including Al Qaeda, with the capability of such a feat other than the American Government. No other entity had the access nor the expertise to place the explosives on the steel frame of the buildings.
There are so many problems with the entire situation, that I cannot do justice to them here. Therefore, I have provided the following links to videos and websites that substantiate and go into much greater detail to exactly what happened on this fateful day. Some of these websites contain alternative explanations for the events of 9/11. It is the responsibility of the reader to think critically about the claims made.

infowars.net - The website created by Alex Jones. This site covers many topics, but there is quite a bit on 9/11. Alex Jones has appeared on most of the major news networks, including CNN, MSNBC, and FOX News, and is known as a credible and respected source of alternative information.

911 Witness - Minute by minute video of the fires and collapses. After, an extrememly scientific approach to the events. Clips taken from PBS's NOVA and other credible sources. A MUST WATCH! If you can't sit through over two hours, then watch the Scientific Highlights Only
Loose Change - A riveting documentary seen by over 30 million people worldwide. Take it with a grain of salt, as it has some questionable claims. If you see this film as the final word, then I recommend watching Screw Loose Change as a counter-balance. That movie has problems, too, but it shows that not all of Loose Change's questions are unanswerable. (PS, the google video version isn't working right now, so you'll have to watch it through their myspace page)
911 Press for Truth - A dramatic and compelling documentary just released nationwide by the families of 9-11 victims. It does not discuss the controlled demolition theory, but instead questions and demands accountability.
Painful Deceptions - The narrator sounds like a dork, and some of the claims are a little out there or unsubstanitated, but there is a lot of solid info that I haven't seen in many other places.
9-11; In Plane Sight - Dave VonKleist of the Power Hour radio show made this documentary. It uses photographic evidence for all of the claims made, though some of them are still disputable.

The Truth & Lies of 9/11 - Ex L.A. Police Officer speaks out about the financial and military trails behind and coming from 9/11. This and the two above are the only three videos I support that spend a considerable amount of time about the reasons for the government's involvement. I do not support all of the claims in the films, though you should get educated about what is going on behind this.
THE OTHER SIDE
There are only three sites that I know of that are dedicated to debunking the theories of the above sites and videos. However, I learned that the government released a defense of itself against these theories on the week before the 5th anniversary of the fateful day. This is the first time the government has gone so far as to actually acknowledge that the theories have so much truth, that they must defend themselves. I will post it as soon as it is released on the web.
debunking911.com - This is the best site I've seen so far. It still has it's problems, but it does provide reasonable counter-explanations to some of my points. I will post blogs in the future addressing the problems I have with some of their arguments, and why I don't consider them to be conclusive.
