This is a memorial page for Heath Bowen...a man with a heart of gold, and a spirit that could light up the darkest night. In his life, music was very important to him, he was a marvelous keyboard player, and gifted drummer as well as a poet and songwriter. He was ahead of his time...and the kindness he showed even to strangers was enough to inspire, and make you love him upon first sight. Heath had a smile that could brighten up the darkest room, and a sense of humor that could make anyone, even someone who was too sad to live, smile. Heath had a gift, he saw you...through your eyes to the spirit that lives inside...and I can remember singing to him at night, for hours...When he crossed over to the other side, something in me died, too. When they lowered his body into the ground, they lowered my heart , too... When Heath passed away I gave the eulogy, and sang a song I had written for him at his funeral...it was the darkest day in my life and I have never been the same. I will never love another the way I love Heath...he will always be my love, for eternity. I can recall nights of singing to Heath for hours and hours. I love you, Heath with all of my heart and I will stay... your Snow White. Musical, strong, and beautiful...these words do not begin to describe Heath's beautiful spirit, and life...he is loved, and never forgotten....I love you Heath. Heaths' father, loved his son Heath, very much, and Heath is always in our hearts.
