I have been drawing since before I could write. When I discovered painting it was like discovering a whole new world I can get lost in.
I was born in California and spent a few years living in Mexico where rich colors galore.It is the mixing of the paints to create new colors that I enjoy most, or at least until the brush strikes the page or canvas, then my mind takes a journey and allows my hand to paint what ever I may envision. All though I admire many other artist‘s work, I have not ever had the need, nor do I want to be known for imitating work, so you see that in my paintings. As there are many artist, there are many styles of art and all art is beautiful.My absolute favorite changes, but there are some that remain close to my heart, for they represent a time in my life when I was trying to paint my pain away.
