18th March 1987: 2nd child, first (and only) male born to Nathan and Clovette Simmonds (Ipswich, Suffolk)
1990: Began taking an interest/playing the drums
1993: Became main drummer at 'Bethel United Church Ipswich'
1996: Joined primary school choir 'Whitton African Gospel Choir' as a percussionist (Bongo's)
1997: First recording on an album with the 'Whitton African Gospel Choir' as a Percussionist (Bongo's)
2000: Began taking an interest/playing the piano
2001: Joined the 'Bethel National Choir' as a drummer
July 2003: Recorded on first non-secular album 'Bethel National Choir, Only Because', by playing on two tracks "that's who he is" and "well done"
September 2003: Accepted into Colchester Institute for the 'BTec National Diploma for Music Technology and A Level Music Technology' course
2004: Joined a jazz fusion band called 'The Motif' as a drummer/writer
Early 2005: Recorded first demo with 'The Motif' as drummer/co-producer
2005: Completed the 'BTec National Diploma for Music Technology and A Level Music Technology' course; attaining a 'triple distinction' for the National Diploma
2005: Joined a R'n'B/Soul band called 'Kadence' as a drummer/writer/music director
Late 2005: Parted company with 'Bethel National Choir'
2006: Recorded first demo with 'Kadence' as drummer/producer
July 2006: Called up to play for UK rap artist 'Lady Sovereign' (gig listings below)
July 2006: First show overseas, playing drums at the show 'Summerstage' in Central Park, New York (with Lady Sovereign)
October-December 2006: First headlining tour, the 'Public Warning North-American Tour', with 'Lady Sovereign' (main support act, Young Love)
October 2006: First Televison performance, the 'MTV TRL Halloween Special', with Lady Sovereign
November 2006: Recorded on first secular album 'Lady Sovereign, Public Warning (UK Version)' as drummer, on the track 'Pretty Vacant [Live]'
January 2006: First UK Television performance, 'Popworld' on T4 (with Lady Sovereign)
February 2007: Recorded on first CD Single, 'Lady Sovereign, Those were the days' as drummer, by playing on tracks 'Love me or hate me [Live]' and 'Random [Live]'
April 2007: Both 'The Motif' and 'Kadence' disemeble.
Apr-July 2007: First supporting act tour, the 'Sweet Escape tour' (North-American Leg) with headliner 'Gwen Stefani' (main suppport act 'Akon')
May 2007: First drum endorsement with 'Meinl Cymbals'
January 2008: Called up to play for new up and coming artist 'LadyHawke'
