About Me

A really proud moment... I got to be involved in the creation of these PSAs. Some of them I worked on directly, others I just got to see how they all came together. It was quite something else.
Anyway, this one, "Set A Good Example" is one I wrote with a partner, Justin Mooney...
We had a lot of fun creating this.
Enjoy!

My Interests

Reading, writing, watching movies, helping people, laughing.I will eat any food once, except for brains and now fowl feet. Well, make that any kind of feet. I don't drink, do drugs or drive too fast. I have crazy dogs, a smart horse and a fat lazy cat who thinks he's John Holmes.I don't think that there isn't anything that wouldn't interest me until I found out more about it. At that point, it's all opinion.
My cute son gets special mention because he's pretty much perfect...Maximus

I'd like to meet:

If I could spend one day with anyone living or dead i think it would either be Galileo or Da Vinci. Maybe Shakespeare. I'd like 8 minutes alone with Joan of Arc. And four minutes with Noah - different arc. Also, I would like hang out with Oliver Cromwell. I bet he was a real piece of work. And I'd love to be spy on the wall in Brutus' home when he decided to take down Ceasar.I would like to have a serious conversation with God about what on Earth he could have been thinking when he created spiders. And cockroaches. I mean... really! C'mon. But since I haven't figured out how to do that just at this moment, I'll settle for meeting the brilliant minds of my time. ..

Music:

Pretty much everything. I could list, but that would go on for pages.

Movies:

Every Harry Potter movie to date. I can't help it. Secretly, I haven't quite grown up.

Television:

Addicted to crime shows.

Books:

I mean, aside from Harry Potter, my recent fascination is Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury.

Heroes:

L. Ron Hubbard. My momma. My dad. Princess Diana. Mother Theresa. LRH (yep. he's there twice). Galileo. Christopher Columbus. Uh... JK Rowling, but that shoulda been obvious. Marie Joseph Paul Yves Roch Gilbert du Motier more well known as the Marquis de Lafayette - look him up, he's a pivotal historical figure and freedom fighter.

There is something very special about this quote... It always gets me

When Eternity Awaits

I used to look back on my life and marvel at that girl I used to be when I was really young. She was vivacious and silly. She charmed everyone she met by smiling at them. When she came in contact with...

A Family Tradition

Every Thanksgiving, our family gathers. Before dinner we all hold hands and tell everyone what we're thankful for. I will say something like this: I'm especially thankful this year that our oldes...

A Permanent Answer to a Question I Do Not Want to Be Asked Again...

"How do you get your story ideas?"   Living is the simple answer. But that's not always good enough for the questioner, so I will expand that answer here and refer all future readers to...

Huh... dunno... just had to get this out of my head...

NOTE: THIS IS JUST AN IDEA OF A STORY THAT WAS IN THE WAY OF ANOTHER ONE... LOTS OF PEOPLE THINKING THAT I AM DEPRESSED OR SOMETHING. NOT THE CASE. JUST WRITING, CREATING, IMAGINING. MY MOTHER ASKED T...

"The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing" - Edmund Burke

So usually I don't go much for political discussions, but it's getting to a point now where I am actually seriously starting to get worried about the fate of our country. Our President is a warmonger ...

Highest Highs; Lowest Lows

Compentence

"When a person is competent the world can yell. But it doesn't shake him." - L. Ron Hubbard One of my very favorite quotes. So true.

Fantastic

Recently I have been in a phase of my career called "Editing Hell". It is a torture that rivals the Chinese drip and almost impossible for me to sit down and get to it. However, I have perservered and...
