About Me

Toni Gallegos
Toni Gallegos was raised in Pagosa Springs, a small town in southern Colorado. Her childhood was spent on a ranch, where she learned that no individual was going to hand her anything in life. She knew if she wanted to make an impression she was going to have to work very hard for it. Toni started to discover more about her community and its lack of culture. In 1998 she became involved with The Spanish Fiesta Royalty Club, which promoted the Mexican culture and raised funds for a local scholarship. Through this club Toni was introduced to a very influential woman named Ramona Garibay. Mrs. Garibay was the teacher and founder of a local dance company, Ballet Colores Latinos. Toni joined Garibay’s dance company and began to perform traditional Mexican, Aztec, Latin, and Swing dancing. As Toni performed all over Colorado in Garibay’s dance company she had no idea how important of a role the Garibay family would play in her future. Garibay’s dance company came to an abrupt end in 1998 when Ramona Garibay and tow other fellow dancers died in a one car accident on the way home from a out of state performance. Toni continued her involvement in her town’s Spanish Fiesta club throughout high school. After graduating high school Toni attended Adams State College in Alamosa, Colorado for two years majoring in Accounting. In 2006, Toni reunited with the Garibays after her move to Pueblo, Colorado. Toni was shocked to see how far her long time friend Marcos Garibay had come along with his love for music. She became fascinated with Marcos’ dream to grow his production company. Toni immediately became a loyal supporter then soon became a valuable member of The Blackout Beat family. Toni Gallegos soon found herself involved in many Blackout projects. Toni Gallegos played a crucial part in the planning of events such as The Blackout Beat Havana Night and the planning of Blackout projects and releases. Currently Toni is working on several Blackout projects such as the promotion and marketing of the upcoming Blackout Revolution album. Toni is also heavily involved in the launch of a new marketing business started by Marcos Garibay, The Industry 101.com. This company is going to be a great tool for Musicians and Small Businesses providing such things as business cards, flyer, and web sites.
