In the summer of 2006, she completed a Masters thesis on Viktor Tsoi, Soviet rock star and phenomenon of the Gorbachev era. Ryan will tell you there was a lot of crying and listening to strange Russian songs. But Becky says the experience deepened her conviction that music is more than art and more than a record of history -it's a significant part of history making!
Becky worked on the F&M album "Let Every Light Shine," which was released on June 29, 2007. In F&M, she enjoys contributing to and combining with the writing talents of B-rock, singing and playing various instruments. She mainly performs in F&M, but is available for solo sets.
Her 2002 (released February 2003) album "Some like the water" as "becky" is available on iTunes, eMusic, Audiolunchbox, etc. She can also be heard on the Fosters & McGarvey (now F&M) 2003 album "We don't talk to robots..." Also available on iTunes, etc. In addition, Becky is delighted to have contributed vocals to the LeisureCo. album, and accordion on the upcoming the lonely heart show debut album.
