Malray Olivier aka Dj 4000 was born on March 18, 1980 in Mons. He bought his first DJ equipment for 4000 Belgian Francs, hence the name DJ4000. After a few months came his first gigs, one at a town carnival and another one at a student party in Mons.
In the year 2000, Olivier meets Manu (PipoBimbo) and learns all about FUSE and techno. At the famous FUSE club he discovers Carl Craig, Green Velvet, Technasia and they still remain his main influences. He starts going out more and more and his desire to progress in the nightlife grows little by little. From that point on he knows what he wants to do…..in 2004 his dream came true and with the support of a few friends he launches his after project LINEPHASE. Everything goes really fast from then onwards: Linephase Party; Flexy Night; Clubber Only; MadeInBrussels; NEMO; Linephase Before @SOIXANTE; United Elektro; At the Villa Vintage @H20. He already had the honour to mix alongside ZZINO, DEG, PSYCHOGENE, TOMAZ, XENTRIX, Lady Jane; MANDRAK; Phi-Phi.
At the end of 2006 Olivier becomes one of the resident DJs of MadeInBrussels.
