Louie IQ resides in the "East Side" of St. Louis, MO. As a young boy, he grew up on the "Southside" of the Lou. Louie is NOT your typical young man. He's quite unorthadox. He's never been a follower, always a leader. Louie would like everyone to know that he's is not a thug, nor a ganster. He's not a pimp, he just does what he does.
