Dee Jay Hype is coming to Brooklyn soon!

Growing up in the inner city communities of Kingston Jamaica,Dee Jay Hype has always contemplated about becoming a musician.As a youngster he could always be found DJ ing on the local sound systems in his viscinity. DJ Hype Has Many influences which first comes from the almighty then from Sound Systems such as Stone Love ,Jam Rock , Silver Hawk ,Metro media and many others. So Far he has opened shows for Dancehall and Reggae artist such as Spragga Benz , Ky-Mani Marley, Baby Cham, I-Wayne,Half Pint and many more to come.I moved to the United States in 2003 to Persue a career in music.I am a Disk Jockey who is ready to 'HYPE UP' any club,party or concert.I have been doing this since the early 90's when I was attending high School.These were the best years of my life.I was pretty famous in school because of my witty lyrics in rap battles and I was also a member of the school's track team. I am an international dj who plays a wide genre of music including Reggae, Dancehall,Hip Hop,R & B,Soul,Disco and little house music. I am currently playing at a club called Tunnel 21 were I play Reggae and Dancehall every sunday night. Well on a personal level,I'm just enjoying the California Life,hoping to buy me a crib out here one day. I like to play soccer,shopping and enjoying upscale environments.I am a very positive person and I try to stay away from anything or anyone that's negative.For me sky is the limit!
