I learned my cooking skills in the hills of Jamaica from my grandmother and grandfather. I moved to Montego Bay Jamaica and joined my uncle where I worked in various restaurants and a bakery where I developed a second cooking skill. My first stop in America was Los Angeles, CA where I opened a couple Jamaican restaurants until I moved to Sacramento, CA.
