Life is all about style

About Me

I spend my days practicing, performing and teaching swingdance (tap, Lindy Hop, Charleston etc.) and doing things related to that. I'm not very social unless you know me really well and I don't like writing e-mails or talking in the phone. I recently started to play the drums in a band, I suck, but the band kicks ass. I have a big family, my three brothers are my best friends. - I recently got glasses- they make my world not so blury anoylonger. I have ideas, I have dreams, I have most of things you could whish for (except money and a driving lisence (and a car of course)). I hate getting up in the mornings and I hate the fact that I´m not allowed to go wherever I want in this world without my passport because some people claim that the land is theirs. I mostly eat pizza but I can buy other types of food if I want- that makes me a free man after all. I do not drink coffee and not so much tea. I love irony, and I believe Murphy was right; "If anything can go wrong, it will. If there is a possibility of several things going wrong, the one that will cause the most damage will be the one to go wrong. If anything just cannot go wrong, it will anyway". Nature always sides with the hidden flaw. Is there more to say- I do a little bit of everything I want to do at the moment. Really want to get a tattoo though- next project.

My Interests

Dancing to swing music, music in general, art in general, film in general, sport in general, and everything else and nothing in particular in general that's related to 1920, 30, 40 and 50's lifestyle.

I'd like to meet:

the Condos Brothers, the Berry Brothers, the Three Eddies- any of those would do (technical superiors within their fields of art). Malek Orozgani (*1982 +2006) my true Brother- Rest In Peace, Will miss you for the rest of my time.

Music:

I listen to everything that's brilliant from any style of music, mostly jazz and rock. At the moment though "fix you" Coldplay. But "live" there could be only two - though ofcourse i have seen their recorded stuff only- Elvis Presley and Jimmy Lunceford.

Movies:

Movies "above any others"- Top Gun, The Pianist, (Armageddon), Hero ("poetry in motion"), Sånger från andra våningen, The Royal Tenenbaums, Lost In Translation, Kopps, Bert den sista oskulden (if you study the side-scene there's another movie to discover) there are ofcourse more to this list but they will be posted as time comes along.

Television:

Books:

At the moment I try to go through all the classics - so it's a long way to go, still. Belive there´s a reason why some books become classics, sometimes though it's hard to understand why.

Heroes:
