2007 - WHATS NEW.... GIGWISE - We're planning a tour with FLICK-KNIVES AND SPLINTERS from 27th July til 6th Aug... if you can help out get in touch via myspace or email [email protected]... we just need petrol, good times and a place to crash, anything else is a bonus, any other dates... we're open to suggestions!? RELEASEWISE - We have a full length coming out on DOOM AND GLOOM RECORDS!!! also we're gunna be donating a few tracks to comps here and there (we'll tell you more as stuff unfolds), keep offers coming too.... MISC.WISE - hopefully gunna do a split T-Shirt with FKAS for the tour... do some patches and new badges etc... DRUMMERWISE - Pook wants to concentrate on other bands, so we're on the lookout for a new drummer... he's gunna do the album/tour etc, then just fill in until we find someone who wants to fill his place... any offers??? ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------ --------------------------------------- WHATS OLD... We've been a band for just over 2 years now. RELEASEWISE - done one demo, a split 7" with Volunteers, got a track on the "DIY's Not Dead" Comp... both of which we're on Town Clock Recordz. GIGWISE - As well as plenty one off shows, we've done two mini tours... one with Grogan and one with Volunteers... both were a blast! MISC.WISE -We've made so many friends, seen some cool towns and played with some totally awesome bands... 2006 was nicely rounded off by The Punctuals covering us!?! Influences: coffee, booze, punk and the neverending stream of sound alike bands jumping on bandwaggons who call their music hardcore punk... stop taking yourselves so serious, put some thought in to how you want your music to sound and have some fun.
Sounds Like: fast paced n thashy early 80s US style hardcore punk... at the moment we are listening to a lot of Bones Brigade, Voorhees, Paint It Black, Asshole Parade, Fleshies, F-, Artimus Pyle, From Ashes Rise, Capitalist Casualties, Widespread Bloodshead, Six Weeks recs n Prank stuff... i guess the music we play kinda reflects that...
