My Story- I was born in South Central LA in 82..'. As long as I can remember I've been doing music, making songs. I grew up in a house full of family, as much as probably about 15 people at one time in a 3 bedroom house. So getting in to trouble wasn't the hardest thing to do and go unoticed for a while. I hustled everything from candy to cars throughout school, But that wasn't cutting it for me in my 10th grade year so I hooked up with a cat that was dating one of my cousins who introduced me to some real hustling. That eventually led to gun play, slanging(small time), and what would get me locked up, robbing and stealing. We took it to another level though. Very planned out, acted out hits. Stuff you see in movies. But like any good movie, you gotta have some drama. Long story short I got busted by some feds and did alittle time in a few different places. It was there were God let me to know I didn't belong there. Since it was the first time I ever got caught for anything I was released with the promise to show up for all my court dates. While out I was being dealt with, and then Sep. 11th happened. Another wake up call for me. I told my cousin we needed to go to church and he took me to the place where my soul would be saved, Peace Apostolic. I had to turn myself back in, I was found guilty, but the Lord brought me out of that and has been blessing me ever since. Of course that charge has followed me, but it keeps me humble. I actually gave up music when I first got saved because I was holding on to it and the lifestyle and the Lord didn't fill me with His Spirit because I wasn't giving him all of my heart. After he saw that He was more important to me and that I was willing to give up the one thing that meant more than anything to me, my music, He brought it back into my life and blessed it like never before. I have had the chance to host a show for The Source Magazine, Roc the mic across the U.S. including at Madison Square Gardens. I've been on TV One, local TV shows , many concerts, etc,ect,ect. But that's just the begining, The best is yet to come. Look out the album is coming and we ain't stopping ever. Through God we are about to take this Gospel Musicto another level in these last days. Were out to get souls saved. That's what it all boils down to. I gotta do my part and let God use me. This is my gift, My Ministry. God Bless- Keith Terrell
