Dover is interesed in future as Woody Allen does, and with good reason: they are going to spend here the rest of their lifes. Without renounce from their past but decided to reach one of the most spectacular reinvention of the history of the Rock in Spain, Amparo Llanos (guitar and lead vocals), her sister Cristina (guitar and lead vocals), Jesús Antúnez (drums) and Samuel Titos (bass) outline at these moments the last details of a new album that is going to blow up all the hopes about what they were, what they are now and what people expect them to be.
Recorded in PKO Studios and self-produced with Daniel Alcover, behind the control in “Devil Came To Me†(1997), the amazing “Follow The City Lights†will be published on October the 2nd preceded by the single “Let Me Outâ€. Amazing because, after 12 years of career full of multi-platinum sales in and out of Spain (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Japan and Mexico) and awards as Best Ondas to the Best Live Band (1999), MTV Award to the Best Spanish Band (2000) and Amigo Award to the Best Song “King George†in 2001, they have understood this new album starting from scratch.
Amazing because Dover uses for the first time a sound and an image that, in a country accustomed to compare fidelity and redundancy, they wont let anybody indifferent. And amazing beacuse it means the exuberant vitality of a band that a lot of people believe asleep and that now re-born to be the owners of their own destiny. Tomorrow starts today. You are warned!
