SINGER/SONGWRITER/DANCER/ACTRESS/MODEL...*Hey Guys* Working hard making music to share with ya! My name is Jennifer Waris, and this is my myspace music page. For those of you who don't know me, I'm 16 years old, and I live in upstate New York. I've been so blessed to have great and supportive family, friends and people in the music biz who believe in me and want to help me get my music out to everyone I can possibly share it with. If you haven't heard any of my recordings yet, please take a listen.This summer I was fortunate to receive a full scholarship to attend the "School of Pop" in California through the school's president, Greg Himmelstein (Christina Aguilera). While there I worked with some great pros in the recording industry including producer Alex Cantrall (JoJo), vocal coach Billy Purnell, as well as Michael Franklin, one of the top dance choreographers from the Millennium Dance Complex in Los Angeles!Last year I worked on my first songwriting project, "Do I Really Know You", which I co-wrote with producer/songwriter Kenny Hawkins. "I Don't Want To Go" (Avalon) is an amazing ballad that I was fortunate to record with some very talented musicians. Thanks guys! Creating the background harmonies on the songs was especially fun, too! A special thank you to Robbie and Mike at Audio Magic Studios.I have been singing publically since the age of ten and am well known locally for my rendition of the national anthem, which I sing regularly for various professional sports teams around the country (locally: BUFFALO SABRES, BUFFALO BILLS, BUFFALO BISONS) and community organizations. I also do commercial work and can be seen and heard on television and radio, most recently for Holiday Valley Ski Resort, produced by Dave Collins along with Ad Songs....so keep an eye and ear out for me!
