Tha Young Benny Maxey

Benny Maxey III is no stranger to music. He has been writing and producing his own music since the age of six. With the help of his two older brothers; Benny polished and mastered his crafts from his very own bedroom studio. Born in Ocala, FL and growing up in a single parent home with six other siblings Benny dreamed of the day that he would be able to showcase his skills and gain a better life for his family. And though his father was absent due to being incarcerated, he still played a major roll in Benny’s life both personally, and artistically. Benny credits his father for giving him motivation, and inspiring him to never give up on his dreams. Benny started off with a few different name changes, which is common with up and coming artists perfecting their craft. Among the names he used was the name “Solja B”. Solja B was well known and adored by many of his loving fans. On June 24, 2007 … Benny linked up with La’Brell Greene; the President of Club Lions, where the decision was made by the organization to give 100% financial backing and support as he perfected his craft. With his new found support the decision, also was made to transform “Solja b” into “Tha Young Benny Maxey”. “When I first met Benny, my first impression was, he was a good dude. Now that I know Benny, I am confident, that he’s a good dude, with extraordinary talent. I speak on behalf of Club Lions, when I say this ,We are happy to Have the Young Benny Maxey with us!” Says, La’Brell Greene, also known as G-man when Benny speaks of him. Everyone should expect great things from this extraordinary young man in the up coming year of 2008. He has great goals he looks to accomplish in his music career.
