TORONTO'S METROPOLITAN ANTHEM is almost finished. The city counsil and many of Canada's top thinkers, musicians, and artist are delighted to be nearing their final product. The last step is to make sure there is public support, so we've set up this Myspace page to raise awareness before the official enactment..............
