I get a lot of my personal satisfaction from the happiness of others. I am warm, sympathetic, helfpful, cooperative, tactful, down-to-earth, practical, thorough, consistent, organized, enthusiastic, and energetic. I am a natural cheerleader, often epressing support, gratitude, and encouragment, and heaping praise onto those I appretiate. I am extreamly good at reading others and finding each persons strengths. Allthough, some say that I am such a caring individual that I sometimes have a hard time seeing or accepting a difficult truth about someone I truley care about, which I am coming to realize is very true. Most people love to be around me becasue of my tendancy to bring out the best in everyone.
