German Womack IV aka "Lil Jewel" is Milwaukee's little treasure. He Is 13 years old and has been singing since he was five. He launched his singing career in 2004 ,with much success, performing in over 92 shows in 2004 alone.German has performed in churches and is the little star of the Jennetta Robinson's gospel show aired on cable television channels 14&96 every week.
