Bruce Haack is quoted as calling Chris Kachulis “an angel†on the back of the Electric Lucifer liner notes. And that’s just what he was. After hearing Bruce’s music, Chris left his day job at ABC News and took on the roll as Haack’s manager. Like ‘a dog with a bone’, he managed to get Bruce’s music into the hands of a slew of famous people such as Andy Warhol, Orson Wells, Kenneth Anger, John Cage, and the producers at Columbia Records, which proved to be the only mainstream collaboration out of the bunch. While Chris wasn’t mailing out Bruce’s work, he was lending his beautiful voice on tracks and designing amazing album covers for Dimension 5.
