I love writing music, I know I'm not the best but its still great fun. At the moment I tend to devote all my spare time to my new band Cybercide who I play guitar and keyboards for. I keep telling myself that music is not the most important thing in my life, (usually when I'm in the middle of writing it) I also love to fence - I know it's not cool but it was the only sport i was ever good at.I often try and tie it in with visiting Italy. I love Bologna. for me it is possibly the most wonderful place I have ever been to, (Any Italians reading may disagree) but that is why I spend so much time there.
Friends, bands and anyone into music really. -As those of you who already know me personally I am generally not a big fan of the internet, but it seems it is becoming a necessary evil these days. So I use it to keep in touch with people I care about. -If you dont know me, please send me a comment as to why you would like to be my friend. Don't take this the wrong way but I dont have enough time to devote to everyone on here. Also If you are just on here to push your friends numbers up I will soon figure out and remove you. -and while I would like to treat every one as friends, I simply wont have enough time to do that if my myspace fills up with random people who are just trying to up their myspace cred by just adding incessant numbers of people to their friends list. As it is I will stop adding friends around the 100 mark as I dont get much time and I prefer to spend more time on those I do know than a little here and there on those I dont really know at all.
All sorts I like a lot of the new bands the UK has to offer, especially the ones we meet on the scene today. Good old fashioned goth like fields of the nephilim, sisters of mercy and rosetta stone. EBM like front 242 and early Apoptygma berzerk. Some orchestral music, like Holst, Wagner, and Jenkins, I also like alot of films scores too.
I dont really know much about cinema, but I know what I like, so Star wars, Ferris Buellers day off, Lost boys, Lots of eighties films I guess and also comedies.
Thats working on the presumption I get time to watch it, but I like re-runs of Doctor who (Tom Baker) on Uk Gold and the Simpsons, Also Sharpe. The A team, Knight Rider - when I was at school every one wanted to have a car like that.
George Orwell: animal farm, 1984, down and out in paris and london. Aldous huxley: Brave new world. Bernard Cornwell - Yeah the guy who wrote Sharpe, TS Eliot, and some of Edgar Allen Poe.
...that would have to be Howling Mad Murdoch from the A team.
