Sounds Like: I sanded my profile and the brand came off. I don't think it's fair to make comparisons. I prolly don't do what you do. I grew up with a lot of musicians and artists. I work with hip hop folx, even study them. I'm prolly not hip hop. One time in Albuquerque, this kid said I sounded like a disc I had given him of some L.A. undergrounders (Freestyle Fellowship, Project Blowdians, and whatnot). Obviously I have been influenced by them, but they might not appreciate being compared to my likes. People say my vocal work sounds more like slam poetry than lyracism. Poets might be insulted. My record spinnin...they don't call me sandpaper for nuthin. My beats...most of my beatmakin friends won't comment. I don't fuck with music cause I wanna eat off it. I love music, and without creative expressive outlet might want to be even less personable than I am now. To be honest, I wish I could have near infinite time and access to instruments, or at least be in a band. Really, this page is not so much about my music, as it is about tryina get free stuff. I also need to practice my writing.
