Scouting For Talent-DC is a weekly performance showcase and "all access" television program featuring the hottest undiscovered artists in the DC metropolitan area and surrounding cities. SFT-DC offers bands, vocalists, actors, dancers, spoken word artists, musicians, comedians, rappers, and models a television platform to express their many talents. We encourage gospel and christian contemporary artists, alternative bands, and actors and actress to come out and register as well.
With celebrity host Dashawn Taylor and co-host Mahogany Jones, SFT-DC is not only a performance showcase, but an innovative mixture of celebrity interviews, backstage reality, performances by mainstream artists, community highlights and safety tips, street commentary, and entertainment news. In addition, SFT-DC gives viewers an inside, "all access" glimpse into the lives of artists who have made it to the mainstream.
DJ Sixth Sense is most famous for his role on the syndicated Russ Parr Morning Show as "Mr. Wrong Songs". The Show reaches 20 million listeners in over thirty different markets. He can be heard playing a medley of Old School R&B and Hip Hop, Retro Pop, as well as songs by forgotten one hit wonders like Rockwell's "Someone's Watching", Anita Ward's "Ring my Bell" and Right Said Fred's "I'm too sexy".
