"classic literature", writing, science (biology and genetics), psychology, dancing (techno and swing), travel, gourmet food (my husband and I own a BISTRO), flea markets, antiquing, interior and exterior decorating (I fix up old homes and resell them as a pastime), landscaping, art, museums, theatre (particularly Phantom), music (I play piano and flute), and humor
Music:
That does depend on the mood that I'm in... and I have many of these...
Movies:
Phantom of the Opera (better than broadway, in my opinion), Mel Gibson's Hamlet, Gladiator, A Mirror with Two Faces, The Matrix, Batman Begins, Spider Man (all of them), Forces of Nature, Return to Me, A Beautiful Mind,
and Constantine.
Books:
Good writing speaks to my heart more than any other art form. I am an avid reader and student of classic literature. The most notable of my collection, and therefore my favorites are: Les Miserables (Victor Hugo), War and Peace (Leo Tolstoy), The Brothers Karamatzov (Fyodor Dosteovky), and Hamlet (Shakespeare).
Heroes:
God, father, mother, brother Aaron, and Fr. Erik are those most admired. Of all of the people I have known and loved, these have triumphed in doing good despite all temptation, criticism, and suffering.
