BIOGRAPHY: Triminio Law, APLC serves clients in the Orange County and Los Angeles County areas. Triminio Law, APLC has existed in one form or another since 2002. In 2002, Adrian H. Triminio established his practice as Juarez & Triminio, APLC representing clients in real estate litigation, business litigation, general civil litigation, immigration law and criminal law. In 2004, the firm reorganized as Triminio Law, APLC with Mr. Triminio remaining at the helm. Today, Triminio Law, APLC offers a wide range of legal services to its many clients with emphasis on real estate litigation, business litigation and immigration law. The firm has represented a varied list of clientele -- from real estate brokerages to business owners to private individuals -- and prides itself on its ability to provide comprehensive advice from corporate formation to loss prevention, loss minimization, compliance, as well as, all aspects of litigation through trial and appeals.
ATTORNEY PROFILE: Adrian H. Triminio, Partner, graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California at Los Angeles, 1991, graduated with a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, 1994, admitted to practice by the Supreme Court of the State of California, 1997. Mr. Triminio’s practice areas include general real estate law, real estate litigation, employment law, business litigation general civil litigation, immigration law and criminal law. In addition, Mr. Triminio represents clients before administrative law judges in matters prosecuted by the United States Department of Justice-Executive Office for Immigration Review, the California Department of Real Estate and the California Department of Industrial Relations. Mr. Triminio has successfully handled litigation concerning real estate transactions, broker liability, and breach of contracts.
PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATIONS: State Bar of California, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Republican Trial Lawyers Association, American Immigration Lawyers Association, Orange County Bar Association; Los Angeles County Bar Association, National Federation of Independent Businesses.
